| FINAL CLOSEOUT ITEMS
Return For Store Credit Only: Final Closeout items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in a new and unused condition, and must be returned with all original product packaging. Clothing items must be unworn and have all garment and hang tags still attached. Final Closeout items are returnable only for store credit. No refunds. The store credit can be applied to the purchase price of any other product, but may not be used to pay shipping charges or sales taxes.

For Exchange Or Store Credit: Returns after 30 days from the date of purchase are at the sole discretion of Fit 2 Tri. Items must be in a new and unused condition, and must be returned with all original product packaging. Clothing items must be unworn and have all garment and hang tags still attached. Only currently stocked items will be accepted for return, and store credit will be issued for the lesser of your purchase price or our current selling price, less a restocking fee. If you need to return an item after 60 days, please call first to verify that your item can still be returned for store credit.
For Partial Store Credit: We understand that occasionally you may be dissatisfied with an item after you have used or worn it. In some cases we offer partial store credit for items that have been used. The items must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, and clothing items must be laundered before return. The amount of credit for an item depends on the item and its condition when returned to us. Call us for more information.
WARRANTY ISSUES
Up to 60 Days From Purchase: If you have received a defective item and wish to have it repaired/replaced, please contact us for instructions. We will arrange to have the item either returned to us or returned to the manufacturer depending on the manufacturer's requirements.
After 60 Days From Purchase: After 60 days, please do not return an item to us for warranty service until you have contacted us. Many manufacturers require you to return the item directly to them rather than the place of purchase. If you have a warranty issue with any product purchased from us, feel free to contact us and let us help you to resolve the issue with the manufacturer.
